The National Cable Wakeboard Championships were held in BallyHass at the weekend. It was the first Nationals since 2019  due to Covid and post Covid. It was evident from the 43 Competitors that they were looking forward to it. 2023 EA Wakeboard Boar Seminar, Athens 3st March to 2nd April   The EA Wakeboard Boat Council held a Judging, Scoring and Driving Seminar in Athens from March 31 st to April 2 nd . Sport Ireland 2023 Funding Launch On Tuesday 14th February Minister  Thomas Byrne and Dr Una May launched the 2023 Sport Ireland Sport Investment Launch at SI Headquarters. As August came to an end activity on the water was the busiest for the year. Golden Falls held a Slalom Tour Stop and Muckno hosted the Boat Wakeboard Nationals and a Kneeboard Comp.
