Level 1 Waterski & Wakeboard Coaching Course at Cork Powerboat & Waterski Club Dripsey, Co.Cork.
The Irish Waterski & Wakeboard Federation Level 1 Coaching Course is a four-day programme combining classroom learning and practical, on-water sessions. It develops the skills and knowledge required to coach beginner waterskiers and wakeboarders using boat, boom and cable systems.
Entry Requirements
Candidates must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to waterski on one ski and/or wakeboard.
Hold current IrWWF membership or membership of an IrWWF-affiliated club.
Qualification
Successful candidates will receive the Sport Ireland IrWWF Level 1 Coaching Certificate upon successful assessment and submission of a log of 10 coaching hours within 12 months of completing the course.
